Reggie Houston Trio

 —  —

Tapalaya, 28 NE 28th Ave., Portland, Oregon

Join Reggie along with saxophonist Taeko Yokoyama and a regularly rotating cast of some of Portland's finest musicians for a free weekly gig at Tapalaya, one of the most innovative Cajun/Creole restaurants in Portland!

First and Third Tuesdays:
Steve Christofferson on keys

Second and Fourth Tuesdays:
Mike Elson on keys

Fifth Tuesdays:
Dan Gaynor, Steve Christofferson, or Mike Elson

As the name implies, Tapalaya combines one of the world's most delicious cuisines with the small plate fare of a tapas restaurant-- meaning you can try several of their mouth watering options in one sitting.

There's no cover for this show and plenty of free and legal parking next door in The Whole Foods parking lot. And wait until you sample Tapalaya's fresh juice cocktails... in fact, if you show up early you'll be able to avail yourself of some of the best happy hour specials in the city.
